A house for single-family residence, typically for one household with an independent yard, mostly found in rural or low-density residential areas, with structures mainly of concrete, brick-concrete, or light steel.
Villa (Including Basement, Terrace, Garage)
A high-end residential form, usually with multi-level space, private garden, terrace and underground garage, emphasizing privacy and comfort, mostly using reinforced concrete or prefabricated structures.
Sunroom/Solarium
A semi-outdoor space enclosed with glass or light-transmitting materials, used for lighting, viewing or leisure, commonly found in residential balconies or courtyards, with thermal insulation function.
2. Industrial Factory Buildings
Single-story Steel Structure Factory
An industrial building with steel columns and beams as the main load-bearing structure, featuring large span and fast construction, widely used in manufacturing, assembly and other light and heavy industrial production.
Multi-story Industrial Factory
Industrial premises with two or more floors, suitable for industries with vertical space requirements such as electronics, clothing, food, usually equipped with freight elevators and fire protection systems.
Warehouse/Logistics Center
Large enclosed space for storing raw materials, finished products or commodities, focusing on fire prevention, moisture-proof and loading/unloading efficiency, often equipped with high shelves and intelligent management systems.
3. Agricultural Facilities
Greenhouse (Glass/Plastic Film/PC Board)
Agricultural planting facility built with light-transmitting covering materials, which can regulate temperature and humidity, extend crop growth period, suitable for cultivation of vegetables, flowers, etc.
Livestock Shed (Pig House, Chicken House, etc.)
Sheds specially used for livestock and poultry breeding, focusing on ventilation, sewage discharge and epidemic prevention, with structures mostly of steel frame + color steel plate, and automated feeding systems inside.

Street Shops (Including Outdoor Seating Canopy)
Retail or catering shops set along the street, often extending outdoor seating and installing sunshade canopies to improve customer experience and operational flexibility.
Outdoor Café/Restaurant Canopy
Open-air dining area set by restaurants or cafes on sidewalks or squares, equipped with sunshades, canopies and simple tables and chairs to create a leisure atmosphere.
